Monsieur Yvon Pelletier a fondé la société Pelma Inc. en 1983 et possède plus de trente ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la finance, la gestion, l'analyse, et les transactions de fusions et acquisitions.  Il a travaillé plusieurs années pour les institutions financières à Montréal, dont neuf ans pour la BNP Canada.  Il possède une maîtrise en sciences économiques de l'Université de Sherbrooke et une maîtrise en administration des affaires des H.E.C. à Montréal.  Il a été membre des conseils d'administration des Industries Lassonde Inc. et de Matco Ravary Inc.

Mr. Yvon Pelletier founded Pelma Inc. in 1983 and has more than 30 years of experience in finance, management, analysis, mergers and acquisitions. He worked many years for financial institutions in Montreal, among which nine years for BNP Canada. He has a Master in economics from the University of Sherbrooke and an M.B.A. from the H.E.C. in Montreal. He has been a member of the board of directors of Lassonde Inc. and of Matco Ravary Inc.
